Pakistan Academy of Sciences is pleased to announce that Proceedings of the Pakistan Academy of Sciences: Part A (Physical and Computational Sciences) is recognized in Category “Y” by the Higher Education Commission in the HEC Journal Recognition System (HJRS) w.e.f. July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023. Proceedings of the Pakistan Academy of Sciences: Part A (Physical and Computational Sciences) is the official flagship, the peer-reviewed journal of the Pakistan Academy of Sciences, published quarterly. This journal publishes original research articles and reviews on current advances in the field of Computer Science (all), Materials Science (all), Physics and Astronomy (all), Engineering Sciences (all), Chemistry, Statistics, Mathematics, Geography, Geology. State-of-the-art reviews summarizing R&D in a particular area of science, especially in the context of Pakistan, and suggesting further R&D are also considered.
The title is abstracted and/or indexed in SCOPUS, SCImago and HJRS (HEC) along with that it has confirmed Print and Online ISSN. The journal is distributed to scientific organizations and universities throughout the country and international scientific organizations, by subscription and on an exchange basis.
